While serving as an SVP of Investment Banking at Wells Fargo (Wachovia Securities), he oversaw public and private equity offerings and M&A transactions in a variety of Technology sectors, primarily telecommunication-related companies.
During his time at Morgan Keegan as a VP of Investment Banking, Tim Osby was responsible for public and private equity offerings and M&A transactions in the Consumer Products industry, which included Retail and Restaurants. He can manage projects from start to finish, prepare strategic plans and control structures for projects, and ensure successful completion on time and within budget. He actively shares knowledge and has the experience to enhance the development of all team members.
